A fun combination of martial arts, fitness and soft play designed for younger children and their grown-ups.

Based at The Play Shed, children can enjoy the huge soft-play centre before and after our one-hour Demon Bull martial arts session, while parents and guardians are encouraged to get involved too.

The session is all about getting families moving, introducing children to martial arts in a fun environment and building confidence through games and activities.
